It could be for your worry, stress, excitement, work, travel, etc. It's called Insomnia.

Nowadays, It seems to be a great problem. Sleep is essential for our mood, productivity, and overall health. However, you may need to make some changes to your routine if sleepless nights are a common problem for you.

1. Be relax and take off your mind from any thought

Relaxation is a unique individual activity. So first of all, relax your mind and Try to take your mind off any negatives thoughts. Refrain from thinking before going to bed. It's necessary to be free from worries before sleep. it's a great way to fall asleep fast


Here are some things you can do to relax and unwind before you go to bed. This will surely help you fall asleep faster. Before Bed, Doing this will work miracles for your sleep.

 Read anything for at Least Ten Minutes.

  • Avoid Food and Drinks at Least Two hours Before Bedtime.
  • Listen to Ambient Music.
  • Take a Warm Bath.
  • Meditate.
  • Write in a Journal.
  • Turn off All the Lights.
  • Refrain from thinking about negatives things.
  • Imagine all the happy moments you pass.


2. Set up the right sleep environment.

Try to sleep in lower temperature conditions. Your bedroom should have a Healthy ventilation system, dark and quiet

According to 2012 research, a bedroom's temperature is one of the most critical factors affecting your sleep quality. To create a comfortable sleeping environment, keep your bedroom between 60 -  67°F (15.6 - 19.4°C).


It's scientifically - proven that lowering your environmental temperatures will help you to fall asleep fast and allow a deeper sleep.


If your bedroom condition is too warm during your sleep time, your body will attempt to regulate its temperature, and your brain will focus on it. For that, you will stay awake or struggle to fall into a deep sleep. 

So keep your bedroom between 60 -  67°F (15.6 - 19.4°C). It is essential to fall asleep fast.


3. Keep Away your Mobile Phone, Computer, Laptop, Tv

First of all, Avoid some of the things you use Too much in your daily life, like phones, computers, social media, or TV. When you will use those things It will never let you sleep. 


A brightly tv screen can misinform your brain into thinking that it's time to wake up and you won't be able to sleep.Just think, what do we do with the phone or computer?


Massage, contacting, watching movies, playing video games, and much more!  Isn't it? Yes, we do. These are part of our daily routine. 


But we have to make sure that the level of use of these is not excessive because when we Cross these levels in excess using mobile phones, playing video games is very harmful to your brain and health.


When we use those excess, we become addicted to them; for example, Social Media. It's like a drug, which became the cause of our insomnia

Yeah, The first thing we do before we go to sleep is to keep our mobile phones, computers, laptops away from where you sleep.


4. Regular Exercise

Well, We all know how vital regular daily exercise is for our body. It's also improved our sleeping hygiene.


5. Avoid Intoxicants

Don’t smoke or drink alcohol, and don't use tobacco products before going to bed for sleep.


We all know that how harmful it is for us, but we continue using these. we should avoid these every time cause it not only damages our heart but also damages our brain, lungs and the whole body And these can cause insomnia.


6. Tell yourself to keep up awake

It's called paradoxical intention.Telling yourself to stay awake may be an excellent way to fall asleep fast.


7. A focus of attention

You need to get rid of all other thoughts and focus on sleep to make it clear to the brain that you are ready for sleep and want to sleep.


8. listen to music 

You can listen to music cause music is a powerful art form. It provides a simple way to improve sleep hygiene, enhancing your ability to fall asleep ast.
